- Measurement and work progress To Measure in meticulous way progress performance, cost and time performance using the documents of the levels 3 and 4.
- Analysis Control and Analysis of the project and progress work.
- Planning Documentation Preparation of the progress documentation by the Sub-Contractor or the Contractor.
- To Improve The improvement can be assured if monthly the progress work and the critical impact are indicated in the  final “progress report”.
- Progress check The program will be verified weekly and monthly accordingly to the work categories.
